Need some advice in a 12 unit

Hello BP Opened an escrow yesterday for my first deal I got from my driving for dollars. Excited!! Looking at a 12 unit property also. What kind of inspections should I be doing before I make up my decision. This would be my first multiple unit.... Cash flow is decent. Offer is in; what inspections are suggested? Whole building inspection? Or is it anything else too? Thanks for any advice friends.
