Feeling discouraged. Direct marketing hasn't work...yet.
I know it's a numbers game and it takes time. But I have sent hundreds of post cards/letters and spent several hundred bucks. No calls back. Focus right now is note buying to build up a little cash. From there, wholesaling and buying buy and hold properties. I did put in some offers this week on small families. So I am committed. Thanks for letting me vent. Feel like forum therapy.
