Additional fees / Closing Costs for New Construction?

I am investor that owns a couple of properties and has recently came to my attention that there are new some new construction opportunities that I have available to me and I was wondering since I have not bought any new construction if there are any additional fees that I should be worried about when it comes to closing costs or any other costs?
