Phoenix Market questions
Hi all,
New to this forum but not the podcast. Ive been looking for sometime in various markets around the country and would like to reach out to see what the market is like in Phoenix. Anyone on the forum own SF and or MF investments? Its seems there are good deals to be had there but also it seems like a lot of big players are building are apartment buildings which are taking away from the smaller, older Multifamily homes. Any insight would be great!
