I have a potential lead for a home located a block from Bossen field in South Minneapolis. Anyone from Minneapolis have experience in that area? Would love to ask a few questions and see if we could work together.

I own a duplex on the North West part of Bosen Field; cash flows well with no issues.  They are doing extensive renovations to the park and I'm excited to see how that turns out, especially for the nieghborhood.  The South East corner of that park has some larger multi family units that I'm sure (the dynamics) are changing in this market.  2 of them were for sale and I kicked around purchasing them but decided in a different direction.  This may have been a bad area to invest in 5+ years ago but I feel vey comfortable in this neighborhood especially with the returns.  I have properties in Linden Hills, Fulton, Uptown areas that have had more issues with crime, although I've only owned Bosen Field duplex for ~18 months.  To call that area one of the worst blocks in MPLS is asinine.
