Confused on Contracts process for wholesale - help please
I have two contracts for wholesale and want to understand the process
1. Assignment 2. Purchase option agreement
Is this correct - I get the assignment signed by property owner when we agree on price
then I use the property purchase when I find the buyer for the property
is this right - am I missing something?
