I figured joining a forum and asking the community for book recommendations is essential. I am very eager to learn and appreciate all advice. My question is do you
1. Need 10% of the mortgage?
2. do you need a license to buy and rent out the property?
3. How do you begin the process?
4. Should you seek investors?
5. How do you find investors?
