Should I rent out my mobile home?
I recently purchased a small 10 acre tract with a mobile home on it for 103k. My original plans were to sell my primary residence and move into the mobile home while I built a new house on the 10 acres. It is becoming apparent now that my primary residence might take some time to sell. What is everyone's thoughts on renting out the mobile home for the time being? I think I could get 1000 a month for rent.
