QUESTION: BRRRR Strategy on MFH
Good Morning everyone!
Question that I have today is;
If I BRRRR a Duplex or Triplex with money I borrowed from a Private investor.
Once I pay off the private investor and get my money out. I would still be responsible for the equity loan payment right? And that would be just the amount of equity I pulled out that I would make payments on correct?
