Hey Guys, I'd like to add to this thread also.  Anybody know anyone who is wholesaling properties in Peekskill? Or putting together seller finance or sub to deals here?  Seems like there might be a lot of opportunity for stuff like that in a town like this.  Lots of owners who have a ton of equity in their houses but they might not be in the best shape (cash deals and seller finance) or people who may have gotten into a little trouble the past couple years (sub to).  If anybody knows anyone working in this area, I'm looking to buy deals there.  Thanks!

Hi @Cheryl Fielding! Did you have any luck finding any information regarding Peekskill, NY? I also live in NYC and am looking for a place not too far from the city to invest. I think Peekskill could be a great area to invest and would like to hear more if you have anything to share. Let me know!
