Looking for good 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary

Hi I want to use a 1031 exchange qualified Intermediary for the first time. It appears there is a lot of research that needs to be done to find a good one. Does anyone have any advice on such a company, that they have used before and was very efficient and trustworthy?

What kind of property are you exchanging and what are you exchanging into? That is just as important for planning to meet timeline requirements.

I find working with commercial clients for retail properties they think 45 days is a lot of time but goes very fast.
