Qualifying my LLC in Tennessee
I'm in the process a piece of property in Tennessee under my LLC, which is from Georgia. I just received a call from the lender in Tennessee, who stated that I need to qualify my Georgia LLC to operate in Tennessee. Does anyone have experience in this and what are the steps. Thanks in advance.
