Pittsburgh Atlanta area anyone??
Morning BP-ers!
Any investors currently flipping in the Pittsburgh area in downtown Atlanta? I know it's slowly changing but I'm not sure how long before it actually turns. Please let me know. Any advice will be helpful.
Also, for the in-town flippers, where are you currently flipping and where are you staying away from. I'm mostly concerned about the resale process and finding the buyers that are willing to go into these areas.
