First Home in Atlanta/ House Hack
Looking for a first home in the Atlanta area preferably with more than one unit. I plan on using FHA and have a budget of around $300k. Since I plan on living on the property I also do not want to be in too bad of a neighborhood. Should I stick with looking for a multi unit or maybe think about buying a multi bedroom condo and renting the spare bedrooms out? I am very new to real estate investing and any advice would help. Thanks!
