Have cash need property
Hey all, I am looking for a property in or near Austin TX between $500-750k. It would need to be an income property and I would ideally like to put $100-150k into it for an ARV north of $680k although. A turn-key would be considered as well.
Anyone have any thoughts, areas to look or property available?
