Thoughts on purchasing one side of a duplex
Fiancé is living on one side of a townhouse/duplex in Lake Charles LA and the current owner is looking to sell it. He is asking around $160k for the one unit and my fiancé rents it out for $1300/month. We probably will not do anything with this but has anyone had experience with owning only side of a duplex like in this case?
