HELP...Where to Finance a Vacation Rental
Hey everyone! We are currently under contract for a vacation rental and just about 10 days out from closing...all of a sudden our bank is telling us they can't do the loan (of course after our financing contingency is up..grrrrr) because it would be our 6th financed property. Anyone know of a company that would lend for a second home/investment as a 6th financed property???
