Finding the wholesale deals!?

What is your trick to finding wholesale deals?

I know the marketplace here, but I am the middle person not the end cash buyer (for now).

@Kameron Fontenot as @Louis Davis said there is no "trick". You have to learn to find "motivated sellers" and focus on that, period. You can only find a deal when the seller is "motivated". A seller that "just wants to sell" is not necessarily a motivated person. There are plenty of articles and podcasts on this site to learn what you should be doing to get started.
