QUESTION ON MAKING OFFERS
M question is simple: Would it be a bad idea to attempt to make an offer on a house that has recently sold for near market value?
I am working hard for my first wholesale and am reaching out to owners of houses in an area where I want to invest. I found a house that has just sold a few months ago for $280,000 which is basically right at market price for the area. Is it even worth seeing if they will sell for less?
