Finding the Right Buyer!
I work for an Acquisition Firm Selling Distressed Properties. I know each SFR is unique in it's own way, and each property has a unique buyer that is perfect for each specific situation and is able to take on the challenges easily. What do you recommend being the best way to diversify my buyers pool so that i have more investors who are able to take on these challenges.
