Deceased Owners With No Will

Something new for me, I sent out mailers to a property and it got returned back as vacant. I looked their probate up and both owners are deceased, as well as not having any will associated. The Personal Representative is an Attorney. Should I contact the Attorney to see if he can sell it or what? Not sure what the next step would be, any help would be greatly appreciated!
