Property Management Company
I was starting to look into hiring a property management company to manage my portfolio. What types of questions should I ask when interviewing a potential company? Also what downsides can you share that you have had working with a management company vs self managing. I have been managing my rentals for over 15 years and wanted to free up some more of my time. Is there a specific company anyone can recommend for a south suburb of Chicago that they are using and are happy with.
