I recently purchased a home for $200,000 from an investor friend of mine. I have an ARV appraisal for a new construction home on the lot for $602,000. However, I am now planning on selling the house rather than doing the new construction myself. How would I go about determining a good asking price for the home as is? It is a 2/1 in Charlotte, NC in an area that is gentrifying.
