'Apprenticing' with a current developer
I have the opportunity to apprentice with a local small developer who does MFH (40+units). Have any of you done this, and if so, how did you structure the apprenticeship? Basically, I am offering to help in any way they need me (give my current skills) but am not sure what to ask for in exchange. Also haven't received a clear answer (yet) as to where they need me. Would appreciate any insight the community can provide. Thanks.
