Detroit Area Real Estate
My wife and I are moving to the Detroit area for my wife's Grad program at Wayne State. I am a new real estate agent that is looking to get some rentals and flip some houses. I have an out of state investor and mentor that is willing to fund my deals but would love to connect with some local Detroit investors and attend any real estate investor meetups that are happening in the area. Any direction and help would be great! Thanks!

I would suggest checking out Renegade Detroit Investors Group and the Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors Group. They both have monthly meet ups and the Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors group has a great Facebook group with tons of active people. I've learned tons from reading all the posts in that group.
I am currently a real estate agent looking to get into real estate investing as well. I wish you luck on your journey!
