making offered without seeing house?
hey bp. I was just curious to know if anyone has made an offer on house without actually looking at it in person? If so how did it turn out? I'm interested in a duplex its an hour away but the listing says in has massive water damage in one unit and missing furnace and they show tons of pics. Im interested but the problem is not the hour drive but I cant get no one to show me the house. I called the listing agent twice and left messages both times no call back at all. any tips? thank you
