@Tony Wooldridge Exactly. It's extremely straightforward. Consider it the classifieds section for outsourcing/freelance work. And the more specific you are; the better.

Also i forgot to mention. im only looking to hire someone for about 2 hours a week. i dont think upwork does that right?

@Tony Wooldridge Have used a ton in the past, just put together a nice procedures doc and walk them through the process. I've never had a problem, except when I don't have work they are constantly shaking me asking for something to do.

@Brian Connelly, thanks for the descriptive info, I will have to eventually start to employ their services. So you just go on there and post what it is you are looking for and someone responds? Kind of like a help wanted ad? Thanks again for sharing.

@Tony Wooldridge I'm on Upwork all of the time - both as a freelancer and employer. It is THE place to outsource. My advice would be to get on the platform, create an in-depth job description of exactly what you're looking for and go from there. In the meantime, you can create a Google Doc or something else that details the entire project and your expectations. That's what my hiring process has looked like in the past, although I generally hire contractors for copywriting, design, etc. as opposed to a VA.

@Chris Purcell, @Brian Connelly do you guys personally utilize their services? If so would you be willing to share how and what that looks like? I know that is a very open ended question but I guess what I am looking for is what does the process in-tell, what all do you need to do in preparation for getting a VA or do they do everything for you in getting docs, systems etc in place? Not sure if I am getting what I am looking for across here or not(?) Anyway certainly would appreciate if you are willing to share an in depth personal perspective on the matter. Thanks ahead of time!

What would the person be doing? There are people here on BP that are looking for VA work, in addition, already vested in or learning of RE. Upwork is also another choice as already mentioned. I have no experience with them either way.
