Title search on Sheriff Sale
Hello BPers,
Newby here, I am looking to purchase a property at a sheriff sale in DE and was wondering what everyone does about title searches?
Since properties go so quickly and there is always multiple bids on a good looking deal does everyone purchase a title search for every property. Here a title search will run you between $55 - $155 to get them done.
