Hi everyone! Just throwing some feelers out there for any deal to be made on any multi unit properties in Long Beach and surrounding areas. I have been look through the MLS and other sights with my real estate agent to no avail yet. I'm looking for something to house hack that I can put some sweat equity into. My price range is in the 600k range. Also interested in what/where everyone else is investing in multi unit properties in the general area. Any tips or suggestions would be great! Thanks BP!
