New to the area ( Groton, CT) and I've been looking and 2-4 plexes for a couple months now. Can't wait to get going and meet new people in the area!

@Luther Young they are usually the 3rd Tuesday of the month, but it varies a little.  The next meeting is Tuesday, January 22nd - Groton Public Library @ 6pm (meeting room 4 at the back).  The Assistant VP from a local bank will be speaking with us about lending options.  Should be good!
