Looking to purchase first home..Need tips!
Hello, I have been looking to start investing in rental homes. My plan is start with a single family home and build from there. I plan on dong this in the suburbs of Rochester, NY. I was looking for feedback for the percentage I should down for a down payment. I know the ideal is 20% but I would like to keep some cash for emergencies. So if anyone has some tips for a new guy just starting out please share.
