Investing in Toledo, Ohio

I am a seasoned real estate investor from Grand Rapids, MI. I visited Toledo in January of this year and was impressed with the Properties I saw. I primarily saw Properties in the Five Points/ 43612 area. Is this a good zip code to invest in. I also have interest in 43606. Any leads on property managers would be greatly appreciated. Also is the lead issue for landlords something to be concerned about? Any input appreciated! Thanks

43612 is one of the top markets I invest in. There is only one good PM company I know of here, but I don't believe they are taking on outside investors. I will say this, make sure you do your due diligence and thoroughly check out anyone you decide to work with, whether in Toledo or other areas. Property management can make or break your investment.
