 Hi Everyone,

Just a few quick questions for everyone in the Columbus Ohio SFH real estate market.

1) Has anyone been to the Delaware County sheriff auction to purchase homes there?

2) If so, how was the over all experience and has it been profitable?

3) Would anyone recommend it for a fix and flip strategy? Price point 200K-300K.

                                                                                                                                                                 -Isaac

  Hi Robert,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I would agree with you about understanding the risk. We are targeting homes that are in Westerville, but in Delaware county.
