Hello BP Family, newbie here getting off the analysis paralysis wagon and jumping into action. I have a very motivated seller who lives out of state and willing to sell his property in Columbus, Ohio. He has renters who have not been paying for the past year and a half and he says he couldn’t travel to Ohio to go through the eviction process due to poor health. How to wholesale these type of properties?
