I'm a buy and hold investor looking to meet with people doing deals in the Tampa Bay area.  I'm interested in holding an investor meet-up at my house in Seminole, FL 33776 and wanted to see who'd be interested.  If I get a decent number of interest in our area, I'll make something in the BP events section.

I would be very interested and could probably get the word out there as well to help more people show up. I would be coming from Saint Petersburg. I would love to discuss fix and flip vs. buy an hold and talk about current returns people are receiving.
