Property Manager Price Range
Looking for property managers at DFW area. Some manager charge 80% of the first month's rent, and 8% of the following monthly rent. While some others charge $75 per month flat fee (so 5% rent for my rent of $1500.)
I know usually you get what you paid for, but how does this translate into reality for property managers?
