integration of spouse into real estate stuff
She might say she is working on integrating me into the real estate stuff :) But she still works full time so that can't be the case.
Anyways, just wanted to get some thoughts from people that have had some success (and those that have had hard lessons) when working with a spouse on real estate stuff. We currently are building a rental portfolio and mix in a flip here and there.
We both see the results financially but I still feel sometimes like I'm not sure how the division of labor goes over time and how rewarding the whole thing will be/feel. More on a professional/challenge perspective, for me. Wife would have to speak for herself on that front...
