PatLive for Mail campaign

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting a 3,900 letter mail campaign today. I'm trying to determine whether or not I should use PatLive or answer the calls myself. These are my concerns:

1) What are the pros and cons of using PatLive instead of doing it yourself?

2) Will I be able to manage the call volume from 3,900 letters if I do it myself?

3) How much would I expect to pay PatLive? I know it cost 140 per month but I think I might exceed the 100 minutes they include with the standard plan.
