BRRR, Repeat? How many times will a bank let you?
Fascinated by the BRRRR method.
As I'm musing on the Refinance and Repeat aspect, I'm wondering how many times the bank will let you repeat?
I mean on one hand, you own a piece of property out right and leaving 20% in it, so why not??
But on the other hand, eventually they may say "hey you have 10 mortgages going right now, thats too many..."
What is the conclusion of this? What needs to be accomplished in order to keep repeating? Being able to show rental income?
