RE Agents, Mort Brokers REPLACED by APPs w/I few yrs?

https://youtu.be/3G3kJtvnq6s&t=3m33 Somehow I ended up listening to AMTV blog and 3 mins in he says RE agents Mort Brokers will be replaced by APPs within as little as 2 yrs. Feasible? I already hear Redfin agents complaining of how little they get paid per sale, and see how like 99% consumers use Zillow while driving around looking for rentals or purchases.

For that 10% of borrowers that are 100% vanilla and have zero questions, yes that is feasible.  Easily half of what I do is hand holding and explaining things.
