Hi BP!

This is my first post EVER- and I am asking for YOUR help.  I am offering on a For Sale By Owner property, no agents.   Hopefully in the next 24 hours.  I would like to do the paperwork myself.  Does anyone have a FREE resource or PDF for the "Purchase and Sale" agreement?
