Owner Occupy in new york state
Hello BP friends!
I am considering a owner occupy for myself and family in Syracuse NY. The area is considered a nice working class area. The house I am considering is listed at 132,900 and I will either finance with an FHA or Conventional 5% down payment. I will rent one side out at 1,050/mos.
Did I mention I am a very new investor? Would this make sense financially?
