Off Market or MLS? I am thinking about selling my personal home in Woodstock Georgia. I'm looking to sell my home quickly but I'm not the least bit interested in giving my home away. My home is located in a highly desirable location and home usually sell extremely quick. My home is located in the 30189 area code. So I'm looking for some other opinions from people outside my normal contacts. Thanks in advance!
