Im ready to purchase my first property and I'm looking in the Tx Houston, San Antonio area. Or Kansas City, Indianapolis, or possibly Sacramento CA. I'm looking for advise on how to proceed to purchase wholesale properties. Any advise would greatly be appreciated.

The only way that you are going to find wholesale properties is if you do the marketing to find them yourself. How are you going to even know what a deal looks like in Houston or San Antonio or wherever??

Maybe stay closer to home to find people who are getting close to foreclosure, maybe check out divorces in your area. The point is, learn marketing and do marketing. That is how you will find wholesale deals.
