Bank Owned & Foreclosed Multi-Family Properties

Hey BP community! I would love to hear some ideas and tips for my multi-family investment pursuit.

I am interested in investing in three specific markets - Tampa, Raleigh/Durham, and Nashville. I am in search of distressed multi-family assets that have been foreclosed upon, and am wondering if anyone could provide me with great resources to find REO and foreclosed properties in these areas? Also, any tips or advice for investing in multi-family in these markets would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking forward to hearing from you all!

Jonny
