Good evening I'm selling my first home I partnered with my sister 2 years ago. We bought at 210 k in the Bay Area and listed for $365k. I'm just wondering what to invest in next for cash flow -single family out of state (what cities?) I been looking into Indianapolis -foreclosures -tax deeds

What ever you decide you should talk to your tax professional about doing a 1031 exchange. It will defer your taxes on the gain.
