Should I sell to expand
Hey folks, I am new to this sight and am looking for some ideas. I currently own 14 sfh with a value of around 1.4. I am wanting to grow into large multi family at some time. Would it be best to sell and put that down on a multi or just keep grinding out these sfh's. Any ideas would be appreciated

While I am no expert or have any track record...from all my reading and studying I would say trade up for a bigger multi. Much like @Chase Leavitt said, can be very profitable. Best of luck!
