Is there better options then selling
Hello BP
I have 8 homes that I currently own and all have been rented with no issues. I am thinking about selling one to make money to pay off debt which is currently the house I live in. it should bring me I hope 120000 in equity and this would help me bring down the last of my depth again. I am not sure if this is the right thing to do. what do you all think?
