Hello was wondering if there was a different way to run the numbers on a property if planning on living in one of the units for a year?

Josh Richter run the numbers as a stand alone investment not owner occupied. If your comfortable with the cashflow then run the numbers as owner occupied. If your comfortable with that then it might be worth a serious look.
