Does is it make sense to invest in multiple properties in same state or different states for better cash flow ?

Any thoughts or suggestion ? If same states which is state make sense ?

Systems, systems, systems. And pattern recognition. You'll need them in order to be successful. Choose a focus area, preferably where you live. Look at 50-100 deals before you make an offer. If you're starting out and have to travel long distances just to possibly engage in business.... ehhhh, probably not the best idea.
